Overview

Biography

Amanda is a member of Barclay Damon’s Property Tax & Condemnation Practice Area and Energy Team and assists clients in a wide range of matters involving property tax and eminent domain. Amanda represents property owners, particularly clients in the energy industry, in litigation challenging real property tax assessments as well as in settlement negotiations involving property tax disputes. She also assists in counseling clients on complex real property tax and property valuation issues, including compliance. Amanda also has experience in representing clients in eminent domain proceedings.
