With over 50 years of legal experience, David concentrates his practice on trusts and estates, counseling both individuals and trusts departments of corporate fiduciaries. He designs inter vivos and testamentary estate plans and helps with their implementation through the administration process, tax consideration, and effective distribution. David also advises on estate matters that include title, real property, the release of assets, claims against decedents’ estates, obligations on bonds and notes, and wills.
