Overview

Biography

Dzifa concentrates her practice on commercial real estate and loan transactions, including commercial real estate acquisitions and sales; retail, industrial, and office space leases; and multimillion-dollar commercial loans for clients ranging from interstate corporations, lending institutions, and commercial developers to small local businesses.

Dzifa negotiates, reviews, and drafts purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and financial loan documents; provides legal guidance throughout the transactions; and coordinates and manages closings. She also conducts title, survey, and lease reviews as part of renewable energy lease and acquisition transactions.
