Biography

With 60 years of legal experience, James concentrates his practice on trusts and estates planning and administration, including asset analysis. He also advises clients on tax-advantaged trusts such as life insurance, charitable lead and remainder, qualified personal residence, and defective grantor. For business clients, James implements estate and succession planning, focusing on transferring control from one generation to the next.
