Kasey represents clients in a variety of legal matters related to trusts and estates, including planning, research, administration, mediation, and litigation. She helps prepare and execute legal documents such as wills, trusts, health care proxies, and powers of attorney; advises on the implications of various business-planning matters, including succession and transfer of ownership; and counsels on various estate-settlement and dispute-resolution issues.
