Marc assists clients of Barclay Damon’s Trusts & Estates Practice Area in a wide range of matters. Through law clerkships and summer internships, including with the Erie County Surrogate’s Court, Marc has gained a variety of trusts and estates experience, such as performing legal research; drafting memoranda and various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, health care proxies, and powers of attorney, among others; and preparing and filing documents with the Erie County Surrogate’s Court.
