Biography

Meghan assists Barclay Damon’s Torts & Products Liability Defense, Insurance Coverage & Regulation, and Commercial Litigation Practice Areas with a wide range of matters, including high-profile, complex cases for insurance companies, businesses, and professional liability clients. She has demonstrated experience handling pleadings, discovery demands, examinations under oath, and motion practice.

Additionally, Meghan has experience representing health care providers, hospital representatives, and insurance carriers in complex, sensitive medical malpractice matters in which she used her interest in the medical field and her degree in psychology to conduct diligent analysis of medical records. She also has commercial litigation experience, representing school districts, small businesses, and municipalities in contract disputes and other commercial issues in state and federal court. No matter the case, Meghan approaches each client matter with a unique perspective and focuses on delivering the highest quality legal services.
