Andrew recently completed a judicial clerkship for senior judges’ chambers at DC Superior Court in Washington DC, serving as a legal adviser to 14 judges. During the clerkship, Andrew researched, drafted, and finalized orders and opinions after advising senior judges on complex civil and criminal legal issues. While in law school, he appeared in court before judges on multiple occasions through his clinical experience. During clinic, Andrew wrote, filed, and argued pretrial motions in both civil and criminal matters.

Andrew is the first cross-practice staff associate at Barclay Damon and works on matters in all practice areas.

Representative Experience

  • Drafted litigation reports and motions concerning a $2.3 million claim for the Department of Justice and assessed Federal Medical Care Recovery Act requests and calculated claim expense equity breakdowns as an intern for the judge advocate general in Washington DC.
