Overview

Biography

Angela focuses on energy, telecommunications, and environmental law. She assists generators and transmission providers in connection with the siting of new facilities under Articles 7 and 10 of the Public Service Law and provides rate-case support for utility clients. Angela also helps cable and telecommunication companies appearing before the PSC with regulatory compliance issues.
