A former Albany assistant district attorney, Brenda primarily concentrates her practice on both regulatory and compliance issues in the health care industry as well as health care-related litigation and administrative proceedings. She routinely assists with research, writing, and presentations, and drafts memoranda and other court documents.

  • Represented the County of Albany in prosecuting crimes in which perpetrators violated the NYS Penal Law. Investigated complaints against individuals and brought forth jury and bench trials when warranted.
