Elizabeth also provides transactional counsel related to business law, intellectual property, and employment law to clients in the fashion industry, entrepreneurs and financial professionals, and individuals in the media sector. She has extensive experience researching, drafting, and editing complex motions, verified answers, and legal briefs regarding corporate law issues and tortious interference matters.
Outside the firm, Elizabeth frequently writes articles for law reviews, magazines, and journals on topics such as social justice issues, intellectual property matters, and international law.
