"Helping individuals in need of zealous legal representation is a great honor, and it inspires me to work hard for my clients every day."

Elizabeth primarily concentrates her practice on defending clients in litigation, including toxic-tort matters, breach of contract claims, and employment disputes in Long Island, Rochester, Syracuse, New York City, Westchester County, and New Jersey. She routinely defends depositions of suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors in toxic-tort matters and conducts cross-examinations of plaintiffs claiming asbestos exposure on behalf of the defendants.

Elizabeth also provides transactional counsel related to business law, intellectual property, and employment law to clients in the fashion industry, entrepreneurs and financial professionals, and individuals in the media sector. She has extensive experience researching, drafting, and editing complex motions, verified answers, and legal briefs regarding corporate law issues and tortious interference matters.

Outside the firm, Elizabeth frequently writes articles for law reviews, magazines, and journals on topics such as social justice issues, intellectual property matters, and international law.
