She | Her | Hers

My objective is to resolve existing problems and anticipate and avoid them in the future. This approach makes me an asset to clients and colleagues.

Naomi primarily concentrates her practice on matters involving trusts and estates, representing fiduciaries and interested parties in connection with various aspects and stages of trust and estate administration, planning, and litigation as well as business succession planning. She also represents clients in connection with special needs guardianship proceedings (Article 81 and Article 17-A) as well as guardianship and supplemental needs trust accountings.

Naomi uses her background in elder law—specifically, Medicaid eligibility and advocacy—to counsel clients on initial planning, application, and post-eligibility Medicaid matters, including asset protection and crisis planning, internal appeals, and administrative fair hearings on adverse agency and health plan determinations.
