Oliver concentrates his practice on general commercial litigation. A former NYS Supreme Court, Eighth Judicial District principal court attorney, he has extensive experience serving as a matrimonial referee, making recommendations relative to the dissolution of marriage as well as in matters involving maintenance, custody, child support, distributing financial assets, and other ancillary financial issues.
Oliver additionally has significant research and writing experience, including disposing sundry motions. He has handled Article 78 petitions and other special proceedings, coordinated the processing of in rem property actions, and facilitated the NYS Supreme Court’s videoconferencing initiative designed, in part, to ease court congestion.
