Health Care Transactional and Corporate Associate (Albany, Buffalo, New York City, Rochester, or Syracuse)

Barclay Damon LLP, a leading law firm of nearly 300 attorneys that operates from a strategic platform of offices located in the Northeastern United States and Toronto, is seeking a full-time attorney with significant corporate and transactional experience to join the firm’s Health Care Team.

The attorney will represent sophisticated corporate clients operating in the health care industry in a wide range of general corporate and transactional matters and will support and enhance a robust health care practice that operates across the firm’s platform. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, including corporate and M&A transactional work with at least some exposure to clients in the health care industry. Strong demonstrated relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills are required. A portable and growing book of business, although not a requirement, will be favorably regarded.

Salary Range: $120,000 to $155,000.

This salary range represents the firm’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for the position and does not include performance- or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
