Restructuring, Bankruptcy, & Creditors' Rights Associate (New Haven, New York City, or Syracuse)

Barclay Damon LLP, a leading law firm of nearly 300 attorneys that operates from a strategic platform of offices located in the Northeastern United States and Toronto, is seeking an associate to support its Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Area. If applying for a New York office, candidates must be licensed to practice law in New York State. If applying for the New Haven office, candidates must be licensed to practice in Connecticut and either dual barred in New York or be willing to seek admission to practice in New York. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in complex bankruptcy matters or judicial clerkship experience and have strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.

New York State salary range: $105,000 to $155,000.

This salary range represents the firm’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for the position and does not include performance- or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
