Biography

Pablo focuses his practice on real estate valuation and assessment, administrative real property tax appeals, and real property tax litigation. He has represented hundreds of clients in property tax assessment matters, achieving reduced litigation costs and millions in property tax reductions. Pablo’s clients have included Fortune 500 companies, real estate management firms, small businesses, and residential property owners.

Pablo utilizes various assessment methodologies, including income capitalization, discounted cash flow, and comparable sales methods, to analyze and derive market values for a wide array of property types, including energy generation and transmission facilities, industrial facilities, multimillion-dollar office buildings, retail spaces, multifamily residences, parking decks, hotels, high-value residential properties, and vacant lots.
