EEO-1 Compliance for Employers Under the Trump EEOC

The Trump administration continues its rollback of Obama-era regulations in the labor and employment area. The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission initiated a review and immediate stay of the effectiveness of the pay data collection aspects of the EEO-1 form that was revised on September 29, 2016. This seminar will review the filing obligations of covered employers for the 2018 EEO-1 Form, which must be filed by May 31, 2019. The subjects to be covered include:

  4. 2018 reporting requirements
  5. Penalties for non-compliance
