LPL/Legal Malpractice Conference

Hiscock & Barclay Partner Dennis R. McCoy will present at the LPL/Legal Malpractice Conference on November 19, 2014 in New York City. His presentation, "A Practical Due Diligence Checklist on Preventing the Most Common Attorney Errors in Civil Litigation," will discuss how to incorporate a proven practical checklist on preventing the most common malpractice claims. McCoy, who is a co-chair of the conference, will also give welcoming remarks.
