NASP Annual Meeting & Expo

Barclay Damon LLP is proud to sponsor, exhibit, and participate in NASP Legal Day from September 14–18. We hope to virtually interact with many of you throughout the week to learn more about your business and explore how our Health Care Controversies Team can assist you with a variety of pharmacy law matters.

Linda Clark, Health Care Controversies Team leader, will serve as a panelist during the “Kickbacks, Inducements, False Claims, and Other Fraud Landmines to Avoid” presentation from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14. You can connect with Linda and Brad Gallagher, counsel, to learn more about how Barclay Damon can assist you with your pharmacy law needs through Barclay Damon’s virtual NASP booth. In addition to being able to live chat with our attorneys, visitors will also have access to free downloadable resources for pharmacy professionals.

Click here to register for the conference, and contact Brad at bgallagher@barclaydamon.com or 518.429.4262 to schedule a free one-on-one virtual consultation.
