Mitch Katz, partner, will present “Current Issues in Alternate Entity Litigation” as part of the New York State Judicial Summer Seminars series on July 24.
Topics will include:
- Valuation of membership interests in an LLC and issues that arise when a creditor seeks to enforce a money judgment against a judgment debtor’s membership interests in an LLC
- Standing of a deceased LLC member’s estate to pursue derivative claims
- Issues that arise when a partner or member seeks dissolution upon deadlock
