New York State Judicial Summer Seminars: Current Issues in Alternate Entity Litigation

Mitch Katz, partner, will present “Current Issues in Alternate Entity Litigation” as part of the New York State Judicial Summer Seminars series on July 24.

Topics will include:

  • Valuation of membership interests in an LLC and issues that arise when a creditor seeks to enforce a money judgment against a judgment debtor’s membership interests in an LLC
  • Standing of a deceased LLC member’s estate to pursue derivative claims
  • Issues that arise when a partner or member seeks dissolution upon deadlock
