Barclay Damon, a growing Northeast regional firm, has rolled out new initiatives for associates that range from changes to compensation and bonuses to policies geared toward child care and working from home. "It's a hit to profitability in the short term," managing partner John Langan conceded. But, he added, "It's an investment in our future."
