Barclay Damon Attorneys Mentioned in Daily News Article on Tomaszewski Bankruptcy Ruling

A team of Barclay Damon attorneys, consisting of Beth Ann Bivona, Janice Grubin, Jim Milbrand, and Caitlyn Ford, that is providing pro bono representation to three victims in the Michael S. Tomaszewski bankruptcy case is mentioned in the Daily News article “Bankruptcy Appears to Have No Effect on Tomaszewski’s Victims’ Restitution Claims.” The article, which cites the firm’s press release about the case, states that Chief Bankruptcy Judge Carl Bucki has continued to rule in favor of the victims, ruling that eight debts are not dischargeable as part of Tomaszewski’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
