Buffalo Business First: Meet Emerging Attorney Arianna Kwiatkowski

Arianna Kwiatkowski, associate, was recently profiled and interviewed by Buffalo Business First as part of its "Emerging Attorney" series.

"Arianna Kwiatkowski’s background as an insurance agent comes into play when handling cases at Barclay Damon LLP, where her law practice includes insurance disputes, torts and product liability defense, and labor and employment.

That gives her a keen blend of experience to offer clients with wide-ranging needs.

‘Although being an attorney has not been my only experience in the professional world, it is certainly unique,’ she said. ‘When I started practicing, one of my mentors told me to work hard, treat everyone with kindness, and be honest. I always thought that was amazing advice that translates across any profession, and I try to follow it every day.’”

Read the full article to learn more about Kwiatkowski, including why she chose to work at Barclay Damon, how she manages her time effectively, her advice for other young attorneys, and the challenges she faces being an attorney in the digital age.
