Cassandra Rich and Mark Whitford Named to Rochester Business Journal Power 50 Law List for 2023

Cassandra Rich, special counsel at Barclay Damon and president of the Monroe County Bar Association, and Mark Whitford, partner and managing director of Barclay Damon’s Rochester office, were named to the Rochester Business Journal Power 50 Law list for 2023. The article announcing the honorees stated, “The list contains a number of lawyers who are running a law firm or the Rochester office of a law firm, but it also includes judges, civil legal services leaders, and more.”

About the honorees, Ben Jacobs, Rochester Business Journal associate publisher and editor, said, “The people on this list help make sure the legal needs of Rochester’s companies and residents are met, and they have helped the local legal community adapt to the changes the COVID-19 pandemic caused. They are working to push the Rochester legal community forward during a time of uncertainty and adaptation, and we are excited to see what they are able to accomplish going forward.”

Cassandra and Mark told Rochester Business Journal more about themselves by answering a few questions.
