Connie Cahill Named to City & State New York's 2026 Upstate Power 100

Connie Cahill, managing partner, has been ranked number 57 on City & State New York’s 2026 Upstate Power 100 list, which highlights key players driving economic growth and prosperity in the region. 

About Connie, the article states: 

When towns, schools, or local development corporations need tax-exempt bonds to finance their capital projects, they call Connie Cahill. The bond attorney has led Barclay Damon’s public finance practice since 2021 and has been a member of its management committee for 16 years. Cahill has represented more than 100 municipalities and school districts, developing creative financing solutions by working with the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York and the state Environmental Facilities Corp. This year, Cahill doubled Barclay Damon’s office footprint at Rockefeller Center and expanded its offices in Boston and New Haven, Connecticut.
