Connie Cahill Quoted in Albany Business Review Article on Effects of COVID-19 on Albany's Legal Market

Connie Cahill, managing partner, was interviewed for the Albany Business Review article “The Albany Legal Market Was Changing Quickly. Then Came COVID,” regarding the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on Albany’s changing legal market. Connie spoke about how well Barclay Damon’s attorneys and staff members have adapted to working from home and how working from home may affect the firm’s culture. Connie said:

“For a receptionist to work from home for many months to our secretaries and paralegals and attorneys, everybody just kept going and somehow made it work, from the depositions to the closings and everything in between.”

“We want to make sure we don’t lose our culture while everyone is sitting on the laptop working from home.”
