Connie Cahill Quoted in Law.com Trendspotting Article on Transitioning Back to In-Person Work

Connie Cahill, managing partner, is quoted in Law.com Trendspotting in “Transitioning to Remote Work Was Tough—but Transitioning Back Could Be Even Tougher” about how the COVID-19 vaccine has law firm leaders thinking about how to bring their teams back together after several months of working remote. Connie said, contrary to pre-COVID-19 notions, maintaining Barclay Damon’s culture isn’t solely dependent on face-to-face interaction.

“If you had asked me this question a year ago, I would have said there’s no way to do glue, and there’s no way to do mentoring and training unless everybody’s face to face five days a week. And I think COVID has taught us that that’s not necessarily true.”
