Corey Auerbach Quoted in Buffalo Business First Article About New Apartment and Townhouse Project Near Canisius College

Corey Auerbach, Land Use & Zoning Practice Area co-chair, was quoted in the Buffalo Business First article “$50 Million MVAH/Belmont Project Receives One of Its Final City Approvals” about a 147-unit apartment and townhouse project proposed near Canisius College that just got its final city approvals. The project, which will be marketed to low- to moderate-income residents is proposed by MVAH Partners LLC and Belmont Housing. Corey, MVAH’s attorney, said that construction on the project is expected to start this summer and that the building should open by early 2024.
