Dan French Selected to City & State New York 2024 "Trailblazers in Higher Education" List

Dan French, co-chair of Barclay Damon’s Higher Education and White Collar & Government Investigations Practice Areas, has been selected to City & State New York’s “Trailblazers in Higher Education” list. The professionals on this list exemplify how New Yorkers are meeting the challenges facing higher education institutions and then some. They represent diverse corners of the industry: presidents, professors, and provosts as well as lobbyists, lawyers, not-for-profit entrepreneurs, and advocates.

About Dan, the article states:

A veteran of government and academia, Dan French co-chairs Barclay Damon’s higher education and its white collar and government investigations practice. He is also a leader of the firm’s Indian law practice. For much of the past decade, French was the senior vice president and general counsel at Syracuse University, his alma mater, where he additionally served as the university’s interim athletics director. French, a former US attorney for the Northern District of New York, also previously held legal roles in the US Senate.
