Ekin Senlet, Regulatory Practice Area co-chair, was featured in the Albany Business Review article “40 Under 40 Share Thoughts on Ways Industries Should Improve,” which profiled each of this year’s 40 Under 40 Award honorees about what they believe their industries could do to improve in terms of gender and racial equity. Ekin states:
“For me, there are two levels of diversity, first—creating equal opportunities for diverse individuals to enter and move up in the workforce. But what we really need to focus on [is] the importance of the second level of diversity—an appreciation for diverse ideas, backgrounds, and perspectives that different people bring to the table.”
