Iron Island Brewery in the Spotlight: New Brewery and Tap Room in Buffalo's Lovejoy Neighborhood

Carousel Development Corp., represented by Corey Auerbach, Land Use & Zoning Practice Area co-chair, Ari Goldberg, associate, and Katie Markert, counsel, has been featured in a number of articles, including those listed below. Carousel Development Corp. is seeking to open Iron Island Brewery, a new brewery and tap room on Buffalo’s East Side. Carousel Development Corp., will redevelop an existing retail building and the adjoining property to create the brewery and a restaurant and tavern, respectively. Corey and Ari have assisted Carousel Development Corp. with their municipal entitlements pursuant to the Green Code. Katie is assisting the client with obtaining a NYS Liquor Authority license for the brewery and restaurant.
