Janice Grubin Receives Tri-State Diversity Council LBGTQ+ Leadership Award

Janice Grubin, partner and Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Area co-chair, received the Tri-State Diversity Council LGBTQ+ Leadership Award. 

The LGBTQ+ Leadership Award is given to leaders who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community and who exemplify recognizable LGBTQ+ advocacy efforts. They serve as role models within the LGBTQ+ community and strive to promote inclusiveness within the workplace. 

Individuals who meet the following criteria are considered:

  • Demonstrate leadership characteristics in the LGBTQ+ community or has high visibility in the LGBTQ+ community
  • Contribute to creating a culture of LGBTQ+ inclusiveness in the workplace
  • Champion LGBTQ+ protections in the community, workplace, or both
  • Sustain a record of influencing positive change in the LGBTQ+ community
