Keith Brennan, of counsel, was interviewed on The Capitol Pressroom podcast episode “Potential Fallout From Hochul’s Involuntary Commitment Proposal.” Keith, former assistant counsel with the State Office of Mental Health, and host David Lombardo discussed the rhetoric generated by New York State Governor Kathy Hochul’s effort to increase involuntary commitments and what the proposal might do. They also tried to predict the ramifications of her proposal.
