Law360 highlighted Barclay Damon’s representation of Iona University in connection with $74.8 million in bond financing through the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) in “The Firms Advising on Recent University Housing Bond Deals,” which examined law firms involved in recent university housing bond deals across the country.
Melissa Bennett and Sharon Brown, co-chairs of Barclay Damon’s Public Finance Practice Area, represented Iona in the transaction, which supports student housing projects across the university’s Bronxville and New Rochelle campuses. The projects are part of Iona’s broader effort to enhance residential life and expand housing options for students.
