Linda Clark, Health Care Controversies Team co-leader, has been selected as the secretary of the New York State Bar Association Health Law Section Executive Committee for the 2024–2025 term. Congratulations, Linda!
In addition to her new role, Linda serves as chair of the Health Law Section’s Litigation Committee, as co-chair of the Health Law Section’s OMIG Task Force, and as a member of the Task Force on COVID-19 Immunity and Liability’s Tort Immunity Subcommittee.
