Matt Moses Selected to City & State New York "Trailblazers in Clean Energy" List

Matt Moses, Project Development Practice Area co-chair, has been selected to City & State New York’s “Trailblazers in Clean Energy” list, which “puts a spotlight on the clean energy leaders of New York, including innovative industry figures, groundbreaking policymakers, and notable environmentalists and conservationists.”

About Matt, the article states: 

As the co-chair of the Project Development Practice Area at the law firm Barclay Damon, Matthew Moses [focuses on] project development and the management of state and local taxes for large-scale projects. He recently negotiated economic incentives and industrial development agency transactions for a solar project that will generate 947 megawatts of energy, negotiated sales and property tax benefits for a 339-mile hydroelectric transmission line to New York City, and land tax exemption benefits for a 810-megawatt offshore wind project. Moses is a former town justice in the Syracuse suburb of Marcellus.
