Neil Breslin Interviewed by New York Law Journal

Neil Breslin, of counsel, was recently quoted in the New York Law Journal article “Legislation to Regulate NY Title Insurance Industry Advances in Albany” regarding the minimization of current NYS regulations on marketing expenses in the insurance industry.

Neil commented that he is hopeful the legislation will be approved this year.

“I did a lot of real estate law … and title companies were providing a product to insure a property, but they were also providing an enormous amount of ancillary services, often uncompensated,” he said.
