At the Empire Justice Center’s ninth annual Celebration of Leadership event, Neil Breslin, of counsel at Barclay Damon and retired NYS senator, was honored with a Leadership Award in appreciation and recognition of his leadership and guidance to Empire Justice Center. Neil’s long career in public service has expanded access to justice and opportunity for countless New Yorkers.
