Amanda Rhodes Joins Barclay Damon

October 19, 2022—Barclay Damon announces Amanda Rhodes, associate, has joined Barclay Damon’s Health Care Controversies and Health Care Practice Areas and Health & Human Services Providers Team. Her primary office location is New York City.

Amanda concentrates her practice on representing health care providers in a variety of matters, including litigation and disputes under the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, related state statutes, and Article 78 proceedings; regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues; not-for-profit formations and dissolutions; and applications for NYS Department of Health licensure.
