McSherry is a member of the Tax, Corporate, and Trusts & Estates Practice Areas. He concentrates his practice on estate and Medicaid planning, trusts and estates administration, business succession planning, and tax law.

Wilkinson is a member of the Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation Practice Areas. Wilkinson also represents individuals and businesses in a variety of commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts.

Connie Cahill, Barclay Damon’s managing partner, said, “Amy, Jon, Maggie, and Ben are incredibly deserving of their elevation to the firm’s partnership. They have significant professional accomplishments, are fantastic leaders, and provide second-to-none service to their clients. I’ve enjoyed seeing their careers and relationships at the firm develop, and I am confident their futures are destined to be as bright as—if not brighter than—the beginning of their careers.”
