Caitlin McNeil Joins Barclay Damon

Barclay Damon announces Caitlin McNeil, associate, has joined Barclay Damon’s Commercial Litigation & Complex Trials Practice Area. Her primary office is Albany. 

McNeil represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Barclay Damon, McNeil was assistant law clerk to the Honorable Bianka Perez in the Civil Division of the Bronx County Supreme Court. She has gained experience through multiple positions, where she assisted with a wide range of civil and criminal litigation matters, including as a law clerk at a boutique litigation law firm in Washington DC and as an intern in the Enforcement Division of the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
