Corey A. Auerbach Elected Partner at Barclay Damon

BUFFALO, NY "” January 3, 2017 "” Barclay Damon, LLP announces the election of Corey A. Auerbach to the firm's partnership.

Mr. Auerbach is resident in the firm's Clarence and Buffalo offices and is a member of the Land Use & Zoning, Project Development and Real Estate Practice Areas. His practice is focused on guiding private developers through the zoning, planning and land use entitlement process.

Mr. Auerbach's experience includes working with major corporations, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, religious institutions and other non-profit organizations, wireless telecommunication carriers and related infrastructure companies and commercial, hotel and residential developers. He consults with municipalities as special counsel on a variety of legal matters.

Mr. Auerbach supports the firm's Real Estate Practice Area by handling residential and commercial closings and drafting transactional real estate documents. He has developed a niche practice involving the creation and management of condominium and homeowner associations, including the preparation and filing of offering plans and amendments with the New York State Attorney General's Office. He regularly lecturers on the planning and zoning function of municipal government and often presents training programs for local legislative and administrative board members.

Mr. Auerbach received a B.A. from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University.
