Eric Schultz Speaks at National Immigration Conference

Hiscock & Barclay, LLP Attorney Eric W. Schultz served as an invited Faculty member for the American Immigration Lawyers Association's 2011 Annual Conference on Immigration Law in San Diego, California June 15"”18, 2011. Schultz spoke at the Conference on a panel session focusing on Advanced Litigation Strategies in Federal Court pertaining to Immigration Detention and Bond Issues. He has also been re-elected as Chair of the Upstate New York Chapter for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, for the 2011-2012 term.

Schultz is Of Counsel to Hiscock & Barclay, LLP, and concentrates his practice in U.S. Immigration and Nationality law.
