Schultz spoke at the Conference on a panel session focusing on Advanced Litigation Strategies in Federal Court pertaining to Immigration Detention and Bond Issues. He has also been re-elected as Chair of the Upstate New York Chapter for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, for the 2011-2012 term.
