Busler said, “I’m looking forward to using my skills and experience to help health care and human services providers navigate the complexity of Medicaid audits and compliance issues. The firm’s attorneys are incredibly talented, and I’m thrilled to be joining them.”

Chris Greene, Health Care Practice Group leader, said, “With the recent changes to New York State’s Medicaid regulations governing provider compliance programs, having attorneys that are well-versed in the nuanced aspects of Medicaid audits and investigations is crucial.” He continued, “Bill’s extensive background in this niche area of the law gives Barclay Damon’s Health Care Practice Group a major boost.
