Hiscock & Barclay Adds Two New Partners to Rochester Office

Susan Schultz Laluk and Jessica R. Murray have joined Hiscock & Barclay's Rochester Office as Partners.

Laluk focuses her practice on corporate, intellectual property, and employment matters. She is experienced in handling various complex business transactions from conception to execution. She has extensive experience in representing start-ups and emerging technology companies in business and licensing matters. She also assists employers with compliance, termination and discrimination issues, and executive level employees with employment, compensation and severance agreements. Prior to joining Hiscock & Barclay, Laluk was a partner with Boylan, Brown, Code, Vigdor & Wilson, LLP. She is a graduate of University at Buffalo Law School and St. Lawrence University. Laluk is currently President of the Monroe County Bar Association and a member of the Board of Directors for Digital Rochester, Inc.

Murray represents companies and individuals in a wide variety of business transactions, with an emphasis on intellectual property issues. She is experienced in U.S. and international trademark registration practice and copyright issues and represents vendors and users in licensing transactions. She also represents start-up and established companies in a variety of business and financing transactions and is experienced with international transactions. Prior to joining Hiscock & Barclay, Murray was a partner with Boylan, Brown, Code, Vigdor & Wilson, LLP. She is a graduate of Cornell Law School and Dartmouth College. Murray currently serves as consulting attorney to the Syracuse University College of Law Community Development Law Clinic, advising on intellectual property matters. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Advertising Council of Rochester, the Center of Youth Services, Inc., and eBusiness Association of Rochester.
