Hiscock & Barclay Attorney Charles Martorana to Present at New York Water Environment Association Annual Conference

Charles Martorana, Partner at Hiscock & Barclay and a member of the Financial Recovery and Asset Management Group, will be presenting at the New York Water Environment Association's (NYWEA) annual conference on February 2, 2009 from 1:30 to 2:00pm at the New York Marriott Marquis, 1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036.

Mr. Martorana, whose practice focuses on environmental, real estate and finance, land use regulation, governmental and corporate law, will be delivering a presentation titled "Energy Performance Contracts and Public Water Facilities". His presentation will discuss how municipalities can take advantage of New York State Energy Law Article 9 provisions to design, build and finance energy improvements in public water/wastewater facilities with private sector assistance.

Mr. Martorana is also a member of the NYWEA Government Affairs Committee that meets as part of the conference to review and take positions on legislative and regulatory matters on the State and Federal agendas.
