Hiscock & Barclay, LLP attorney Jessica Murray addressed technology and intellectual property issues in her presentation at the Monroe County Bar Association's (MCBA) Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar "Mergers & Acquisitions" in November. The seminar, hosted in conjunction with the Business Law Section of the MCBA, was held at the Locust Hill Country Club in Pittsford, New York.
