Hiscock & Barclay Attorney Robert Barrer Appointed Chairperson of Grievance Committee

Hiscock and Barclay, LLP Partner Robert A. Barrer has been appointed to the position as Chairperson of the Fifth Judicial District Attorney Grievance Committee. The Committee investigates and reviews complaints of attorney misconduct within a six county area. Barrer, a Dewitt resident, will hold the Chairperson position for a two year period commencing on April 1, 2011.

Hiscock and Barclay, LLP Partner Robert A. Barrer has been appointed to the position as Chairperson of the Fifth Judicial District Attorney Grievance Committee. Barrer, a Partner in the Firm's Syracuse office, focuses his practice in Commercial Litigation, Professional Liability and Torts & Products Liability Defense. A graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, Barrer has served on the Grievance Committee for the past four years before being appointed to the role of Chairperson. He also fulfills the role of Chief Ethics Officer at Hiscock & Barclay.
