Hiscock & Barclay, LLP Lawyer to Present on Recent Mortgage Reform Laws

Jennifer M.S. Byrne, of Hiscock & Barclay, LLP will be a co-presenter at a seminar on March 10 from 12 to 2 p.m., at the Onondaga County Bar Association's (OCBA) offices. Byrne will discuss the recently enacted residential mortgage reform law that gives residential homeowners the opportunity to resolve their unpaid home loans and requires lenders to negotiate more affordable terms of those loans. Byrne brings over 25 years of experience to her practice, which focuses on residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures, mortgage originations, evictions, debt collection, and real estate title issues.
