Hiscock & Barclay Partner Susan Schultz Laluk Speaks at Monroe County Bar Association Seminar

Hiscock & Barclay, LLP Partner Susan Schultz Laluk was a featured speaker at the Monroe County Bar Association's Business Law Nuts & Bolts Seminar on October 24, 2012. The seminar addressed the topics of tax consideration, choice of entity and buy-sell agreements.

Located in the firm's Rochester office, Laluk assists companies with business transactions from formation to mergers and acquisitions, and helps family-owned and closely-held clients with business succession issues. She is Past-President of the Monroe County Bar Association.
